The Courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating thereto, without prejudice to Fortis Bank n.v./s.a. making choice of any other court having jurisdiction on such a dispute under any applicable law.
Any legal action relating to the Site must be taken no later than one year after the cause of action arose.
