There are two ways to set-up international credit facilities. Either you choose for a global facility (the so-called 'umbrella credit') and you freely determine the amounts each of your subsidiaries can use as and when they need them, or you decide on that beforehand and your Global Relationship Manager arranges the different lines in the different countries according to your instructions.
